Less Guns, More Violence?

Less guns, more violence? I thought that less guns were supposed to be a good thing and that our streets would be safer. Not according to the people of  the city of New York. Well, I thought that our leaders had it right when they began taking our firearms away. Has it solved anything? Do you feel safer? I actually feel a whole lot more vulnerable to criminal attack now that criminals know that the society is disarmed.

Logical Fallacy:

Our nations leaders believe that having no guns as opposed to having guns is safer for the American public because we eliminate a good number of guns. Makes sense right? In addition, those people that are responsible gun owners are left to fend for themselves at the expense of the ignorance of the leaders of our nation.

Truth:

The truth is that we have come to a point in time when New York and the rest of the nation looks to disarm Americans. You don't think it will ever happen? Think again! New York has begun the process and crime rates have sky-rocketed because of it. Our streets are becoming more and more like a safe haven for criminals, molesters and every other tyrannical terrorist. Is this how you want your country to be run? We have Barack Obama (Santa Clause) giving us all of this Obamacare money, welfare, food stamps, Government assistance, all the while he is disarming us and leaving us completely vulnerable for terrorist attacks. American soil will be the location of international warfare if we get rid of the guns. Eliminating guns will not solve it and it has been shown that having more guns ensures a safer place to live. Responsible gun owners will have to use a baseball bat to defend themselves. It would not surprise me if our nation's leaders banned baseball bats for a terrorist weapon. How dang absurd! Take a stand against the injustice and against our enemies, both FOREIGN and DOMESTIC!

We would like for you to comment and cash in. The comment box is where you can speak out and say your opinion. What do you think? Should we have more or less guns?

NFL Too Stringent on Hitting?

We have all watched a game of football from our favorite NFL team. Granted, a lot of us are enjoying the NFL season through four weeks. The one thing that we keep seeing in the news is that the NFL has fined yet another defensive player for hitting a downed opponent or leading with your helmet. I think that the NFL may need to look into the hitting, shoving, and punching after a play is done. They are too focused on protecting a small number of the players that they fail to see the fighting that goes on after the play.

Logical Fallacy:

The NFL is doing all they can to protect downed opponents and that has to be good enough. They take concussions seriously, but that's about it injury wise.

Truth:

The NFL is making themselves out to be fools by protecting half the players while the other half is hung out to dry like a piece of clothing. Fining people that hit a downed opponent isn't going to solve anything. The solid facts are that there are fights that break out with punching, shoving, and late hits that can have potential injury on players.

Could it be that the NFL is turning a blind eye because they care about the offense and not the defense? I mean, QB's are the most protected players on the field of play. The concept of a defensive player hitting a QB in the helmet after the QB has fallen into smacking range and the defensive player taking the fall is messed up! QB's are not these gods that need protecting from every single little thing. The NFL will soon do away with the sack due to the referees not wanting QB's to get hit. Ridiculous!

If we look at the past and coming full circle we see that we have gone from having no rules prohibiting a player from hitting another player to stringent rules that take the fun out of football. Look at Ronnie Lott! My goodness, he hit people so hard that they didn't get up. People paid to see that. "Hurtin'" Murton Hanks used to hit so hard that the, "Meat Wagon" used to be brought out at least once a game, if not twice. The majority of the people that they hurt by hitting them came back to take their place in the ever beloved NFL. We come to the present day and someone hits a player that has slipped and fallen on the ground and he is penalized. These millionaires don't care about a measly $50,000 average for a fine. The NFL needs to wake up and do something about the protection of defensive players and the fights in between plays!

All of this to say that it is just my opinion. I want you guys to comment below and tell us your opinion. Does the NFL need to get real? Will football and is football being tainted by these stringent rules?

Obamacare and the Governmental Shutdown

The Government of the USA was shut down yesterday. Over 8000 Government employees are on a temporary furlough.

Logical Fallacy:
Obamacare and the Government shutdown is good for the USA. House Republicans are to blame for the Government Shutdown.

Truth:

Obamacare will raise your taxes. Obamacare has no regard for the elderly or sick that are no good to society. The Government wants to euthanize the elderly and sick whether intentional or not. House Republicans are keeping this bill from being passed because it is detrimental to the USA. If you need healthcare then get a job! So far as the shutdown goes, we are wasting $1.6 billion dollars a week from the shutdown. America is falling apart if we let this bill in. Get a hold of your representatives! The fate of America is in your hands!
